School Events
Schools typically hold events to reflect on the National Apology around February 13 (the anniversary of the National Apology in 2008) and 26 May (the anniversary of the 1997 Bringing Them Home Report, also called National Day of Healing or Sorry Day).
For guidance on how the organise a great school event, there are tips in the National Sorry Day Committee’s School Resource Pack.
